Esthetics Program
The primary purpose of the 600-hour Esthetician Program is to train the future professional in the basic manipulative skills, safety judgments, proper work habits, and desirable attitudes necessary to achieve competency in job entry-level skills and obtain licensure and gainful employment in the field of esthetics or related beauty industry career.
Esthetics Program Objectives
The Esthetics Program is a comprehensive beauty school program that is divided into two distinct phases, each designed to provide individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge in the field of esthetics.

Phase 1 of the program spans from 1 to 300 hours and focuses on training in the core basics of esthetics. During this phase, participants will undergo theoretical and practical training sessions, covering essential concepts and techniques in esthetics. They will learn about skincare, facial treatments, makeup application, waxing, and other fundamental esthetic procedures. Through hands-on practice and interactive learning, students will develop a strong foundation in esthetics, mastering the fundamental skills necessary to provide quality esthetic services.

Phase 2 of the program extends from 300 to 600 hours and is dedicated to the clinical and creative aspects of esthetics, state board preparations and continue covering essential. Building upon the knowledge gained in Phase 1, students will dive deeper into the application of esthetic procedures in clinical settings. This phase emphasizes the development of advanced techniques, problem-solving abilities, and creative skills necessary to address client-specific needs. Students will engage in clinical case studies, collaborative projects, and practical simulations as well as perform services on clients to enhance their expertise and ability to provide specialized esthetic services.

Throughout both phases, students will receive guidance from experienced educators who possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of esthetics. They will benefit from personalized attention and mentorship to ensure optimal learning outcomes. By the end of the Esthetics Program, students will have acquired a comprehensive skill set and be well-prepared to pursue a successful career in esthetics as well as instruction on Rhode Island state licensing requirements/ regulations and state board review. They will possess the ability to provide a wide range of esthetic services, cater to diverse client needs, and excel in clinical and creative esthetic practices.
